About the Speakers

Jesse Kook

Jesse Kook
Director of Talent Management and Development, DLR Group

As the Director of Talent Management and Development at DLR Group, Jesse is responsible for all human resource operations, with particular focus on talent management and development programs. His depth of experience in change management, recruiting, new employee onboarding, skills training, professional development, and performance management helps position DLR Group as the employer of choice in the design industry. Jesse finds great fulfillment in providing coaching, support, and training that allows individuals, teams and organizations to operate at a superior level of performance.

Jesse has a MBA in Human Resources Management from Hamline University, is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has completed Disney's Selection Training and Engagement Course; the University of Minnesota's Workforce Staffing and Planning Certificate; and Hamline's Qualified Neutral course. He is a US Army Veteran, successfully completing US Army Ranger and Airborne training.

Tim has been the Director of Talent Acquisition for the past ten months and is responsible for implementing a proactive strategy to attract top talent for Kraus Anderson’s immediate needs and build a pipeline for future needs. He has an additional ten years of recruiting experiencing, including 4 years in the construction field.  He received a B.A. in History from Saint John’s University, Collegeville, Minn., and an M.A.in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from University of Minnesota’s Industrial Relations Center at the Carlson School of Management.

Kevin is a human resource professional with leadership experience in government services, business services and retail industries. He is the Human Resources Manager and an Associate at WSB & Associates, Inc., a professional consulting and design firm providing engineering, planning, environmental, and construction services to clients in the government, energy, and commercial markets. He specializes in identifying business needs and developing human resources initiatives to drive business results. Kevin has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
