With this session you’ll have the tools you can use to evaluate your own delivery and challenge yourself to go to the next level. About the Speaker

Leslie Rapp

Leslie has worked in the mentoring, training, and coaching field for over 20 years. She began her career as a professional actress, commercial talent and theater instructor, performing on stages in three US cities and in countless commercials and industrial films.

With a passion for helping people discover their authentic voice and communication style, Leslie joined the coaching team at Change Masters, Inc. providing communication coaching to executives in Fortune ranked companies. She is known for her engaging, creative and pragmatic coaching style believing that people learn best when they are co-creators in the coaching process.

Leslie joined Menttium Corporation, a leader in corporate mentoring design and delivery, in 2001. There she served as Director of Training and Development, leading the firm’s mentoring programs worldwide for over a decade.

A sought after presenter on the topics of mentoring, networking, communication/presentation technique, and executive presence Leslie has provided workshops and keynotes for universities, industry groups and professional associations.

Currently Leslie is VP of Training and Consulting for Spoken Impact.  In this role she leads the consulting team and works with mid-level managers and senior executives who need to master their presentation skills. Leslie has a Masters in Intercultural Relations.
