Leaders offer different strengths. In truth, a style that comes naturally to you may feel like torture to another leader. Forcing accountability on the wrong activities results in less efficiency and inconsistent client service. Ingenuity Marketing Group principal and author, Wendy Nemitz, has identified four primary leadership styles found in every professional services firm. Attendees will play a fun card game to determine their personal leadership style and how to leverage it to become an effective leader. Wendy’s approach can help management, strategic planners, marketing professionals, and business development staff assign goals to the “right” people. Wendy will also introduce the emerging topic of “thought leadership” – what it is, why it’s important, how to position yourself as a thought leader, and what tools are available to help you. This is your opportunity to identify and improve your leadership skills. Make sure you and your firm are the best led and the most efficient!
Wendy’s book, “Leadership: A New Conversation,” will be available for purchase at the event.
We hope to see you on October 23rd for this breakfast event!
