Presenter Taylor Boileau, a Scheduling Engineer at Ryan Companies, Inc. and founder of Empower Her 365 LLC, will share insights drawn from her industry experience and culture-focused work to help teams strengthen communication, connection, and inclusion.

About the Speaker
Taylor Boileau
Taylor Boileau is a Scheduling Engineer at Ryan Companies and a former construction superintendent with nearly a decade of industry experience. Since entering the field in 2016, she has developed a deep understanding of construction operations and team dynamics. In 2024, Taylor founded The Blueprint for Change, a program focused on driving meaningful improvements in construction industry culture by addressing mental health, inclusion, and leadership development. Today, she leads strategic consulting through her company, Empower Her 365. As a consultant, podcaster, and innovator, Taylor is committed to elevating construction culture—one conversation at a time.
