About the Speakers

Kelsey Ashburn - Marketing Project Manager at ISG
Kelsey Ashburn is the Marketing Project Manager and CRM Firm Administrator at ISG, a multi-disciplinary architecture, engineering, environmental, and planning firm with over 600 employee owners. She played a critical role in the firm's CRM implementation, starting research and development in 2021 and launching in 2023. Kelsey led the system's configuration and customization, firmwide implementation strategy, forms and workflow management, and data entry; also creating internal resources, user trainings, and more. She is responsible for ensuring that CRM functions align with ISG's operations, while driving adoption through clear and consistent communication on system updates, process adjustments, and best practices.

Catie Wheeler is the Marketing & Business Development Director at BKBM Engineers, a relationship-driven civil and structural engineering firm based in Minneapolis.
