About the Speakers

Chrissy has over 13 years of experience as a marketing professional in the A/E field. She is currently the Marketing Communications Manager for KFI Engineers and manages the proposal process, marketing materials, including project sheets, resumes, external communications, and website content firm-wide. Chrissy’s additional business development responsibilities include trade shows, conferences, client meetings, professional organizations, and special events. Chrissy is also President-Elect for the SMPS Twin Cities Chapter.

Lynette Todd, Senior Marketing Manager for Mortenson Construction's Minneapolis office, has nearly 16 years of experience in the industry. She leads all proposal and interview preparation from initial concept through final production resulting in an average of $400 million of acquired work over the past five years.

Jackie Peacha has over 20 years of marketing experience.  As Creative Director at RSP Architects she provides strategic communications counsel, writing and art direction on everything from proposals to interviews, brochures and credentials, presentations, videos, websites, events and beyond.

Marcia Malinowski is a Marketing Manager with Kraus Anderson who has more than 25 years of experience in the construction, architecture and engineering services industries. Her direct experience involves strategic planning, proposal development, and interview preparation for commercial, industrial, and civil construction.
