Moderator: Mindy Bohumolski, Marketing Director, RJM Construction
With a diverse background spanning 14 years, Mindy leads strategic planning and marketing efforts at RJM Construction to continually promote the RJM brand internally and externally. In support of business development efforts, Mindy’s team creates high-quality proposals, presentations and marketing materials. Her responsibilities include managing public relations, market research, graphic demands, photography and maintenance of all sales materials.

Kathy Tait, National Marketing Manager, DLR Group
Kathy has worked in the AEC industry for over 20 years. In that time she has watched AEC marketing grow from a supporting position to a leading role in the management and success of professional service firms. Her strength lies in her abilities to work with a broad range of people and voices to develop sustainable processes and organizational structures that support strategic marketing, public relations and communications efforts.

Susan K. Kimbrel, Marketing Director, Mohagen Hansen Architecture | Interiors
Sue Kimbrel is the Market Director at Mohagen Hansen Architecture | Interiors, a full-service planning, architecture, and interior design firm located in Wayzata, MN. She leads the marketing efforts of the 40-person firm that is focused on the renovation and new construction of projects in the healthcare, corporate, industrial, financial, and multi-family housing markets. Sue is responsible for leading the firm’s marketing and communications efforts to increase visibility across all markets. She is involved in all aspects of marketing, including public relations, advertising, trade show planning, business development, and relationship generation. During her time at Mohagen Hansen she has led the development of two corporate identify programs and the evolution of the firm’s website.

Vicki K. Knutsen, Sr. Marketing Manager, Graham
Vicki Knutsen is Sr. Marketing Manager at Graham Construction, a 1,300 person, employee-owned company with 14 offices throughout North America. She has 25 years of experience working in the marketing departments of architectural and engineering design firms and construction companies. She has a B.A. in Journalism and Communications from the University of Minnesota and is currently pursuing her master’s degree at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. Vicki was the Twin Cities SMPS Chapter President in 2000 and on the Board for three years.

Allie Zeman, Marketing Coordinator, Adolfson & Peterson Construction
Allie is a relative newcomer to the industry. She has a passion for strategic logistics, planning, and implementation and thrives on creativity. Her energy and organization have helped her to succeed in a fast-paced environment as a Marketing Coordinator at Adolfson & Peterson Construction. Allie is a team player with an open mind who's eager to continually learn.
