About the Speakers

About the Panelists:

Lianne Becker
Lianne Becker has 25 years of experience in marketing and communications, with specialized expertise in professional services marketing. Her background includes; CRM content management reporting and metrics, proposal coordination, graphic design, and internal and client communications. At HGA, Lianne works with firm leadership, business development, and the marketing team to manage marketing data, reporting and processes using Deltek Vision CRM. She is responsible for CRM reporting and administration for the marketing and business development teams throughout the firm's offices and practice groups, including training staff on CRM fundamentals and processes. She serves on HGA’s Vision Steering Committee, which leads ongoing process improvement efforts for system configuration, training, data collection and reporting.

Kelle Lang Staats
Recognized as a strategic marketing, business development and sales leader, Kelle is also known for her passion for technology. Her career has spanned nearly three decades in the residential and commercial real estate industries from corporate marketing departments, a leading luxury custom homebuilder, to a tech start-up. Currently she is the Director of Marketing at Guaranty Commercial Title.

Troy Stutz
Troy leads the Business Development efforts at RJM Construction. He has been in the industry for over 27 years. His experience includes commercial buildings, healthcare facilities and large scale renovations. He provides support and leadership to the RJM team and has a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Troy helps to identify, establish, and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with clients in markets that align with RJM's overall strategic plan.
Troy has earned the designation of a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) by the American Hospital Association.

About the Moderator:

Christine Wiegert
Christine has over 20 years of experience in marketing and business development in the AEC industry. She has experience building and executing marketing strategies to increase revenue, brand development and messaging. Alongside her experience as a marketer and brand developer, Christine has the unique perspective of being educated as an engineer herself. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University.
